NCAP is huge and you dont get a lot of one on one attention unless you ha Rick as a coach and you were a girl ages 13-18.

Takes about 5 minutes of research for those not in tune with the swimming world to figure out that NCAP is the best 18&under club team in the area, regionally, and in the country. Debate all you want, those are the facts.
