So, let me get this straight...a girl had sex with a boy in a public parking lot, in a car with the car doors wide open! Really?!? Girl, you just admitted to indecent exposure, which can get you put on the sex offender registry, and that video and your testimony is evidence. People have been put on the sex offender list for peeing in public, let alone having sex in public. And, the county tried to prosecute a boy for video taping the girl and his friend having sex in public? Girl, when you have sex in public, you don't have a legal right to privacy.
And, another girl had a threesome with two of the boys, all three of them in the same bed at the same time, but didn't know she was being filmed? Really?!? Girl, you don't seem that naive. According to today's Washington Post, "The filmed acts were just a piece of the teens’ sexual life. One testified Thursday that he had been with his friends in the same room or nearby on more than 30 occasions when one or more of them had sex with the girls filmed." Girl, if you gonna be a ho, be a ho...ain't nothin wrong with that. But, don't throw the boys under the bus and try to ruin their lives in an attempt to try and make yourself look innocent.
This case reminds me of the stripper/escort who accused the Duke University lacrosse players of rape, which it turned out, the girl was lying, the charges against the boys were dropped, the state attorney general said the boys were victims of a "tragic rush to accuse," and the prosecutor was disbarred for "dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and misrepresentation."
