Fairfax Court Shopping Center is sketchy (Primetime Sports Bar etc)

This is the one with a Burlington Coat Factory and Primetime Sports Restaurant. I used to go to subway there a couple years ago, but a homeless guy in a van asked me for money. And a little black teenager walked up to my car with his hand suspiciously in his pocket asking if I found his lost money. Stared at him and he left. Drove past tonight and that restaurant (Marlin Rays?) is closed. Circuit City gone. The restaurants on the south side seem to change every 6 months. Now there is a 24 hours sports place there, which has generated a whole lot of foot traffic, but I still see all these sketchy people walking around. The shopping center is in kind of a strange location, so I guess that explains part of it. Anyone else have an opinion?

marlins is already closed? i find this hard to believe....the manager was just telling me they are getting busier and busier with the word getting out about the crab legs....can anybody confirm

I went to Marlin & Rays once and it was terrible. Vowed never to go back. Can't see what the attraction is.

That shopping center has always had issues. Terrible layout.

Well I went to McDonalds last night and parked in the Marlin Rays parking area, and the restaurant was completely dark. That was around 7pm. I drove around to the front door and there was a piece of paper stuck to each door. I'm assuming it said closed. I will have to drive by and get a closer look at the sign on my next McD's trip. Maybe they are remodeling...
