- the "great falls gateway building" off walker road down near Colvin run

- the "trust properties" site at the intersection of Seneca road and Georgetown pike

-the old Thelma's site

-the Exxon site downtown that shut down couple months back

When ever I have passed through the Colvin Mill area down rt. 7, I have noticed that the entire watershed valley next to Colvin Run is filled to the brim with septic fields that a fleet of pumper trucks are busily pumping out and servicing 24 hours a day trying to keep up with all the POO coming out of Great Falls--There seems to be no sewer service in that district! Now that they are adding in high density shopping centers, high rise apartments, etc., that could soon get very VERY interesting...OR maybe they've thought of a way to bribe developers to install the sewer systems in Great Falls in return for development rights...

That seems like a great suggestion, but aren't the trucks putting poo in, not taking it out at that location?
