I am a very worried American. I just herd that the school Might not close down on June 30, 2013 as we where told. I don't think we need an ISA center here in Virginia. That School is evil and they are taught saudi arabia views. I don't think we should have any mosque in Northern Virginia. We should banned all Mosque in this area and also ban the ISA

But how can we have freedom if we ban stuff like that? Are other peoples views and beliefs unimportant to you? You sound like you are very anti-American.

@OP each time one of you klanheads bring up ISA being all bad, I just shake my head.

Please show me the evil that ISA has brought to Fairfax County over the years?

If you are looking at any one particular school producing "evil" in this county, I think Westfield is going to pretty much have the category on lockdown for QUITE a bit of time.

that is, if you bother to see REALITY and not whatever it is that is in your head about the place.

Your grammar sucks, but you do have a right to espouse these views. I haven't been there myself, but in what ways is it evil? Many of my friends are Muslims, and are decent, hard working Americans. Do I agree with Saudi/Wahabbi views of some Saudis? Nope. It isn't my cup of tea. However the last time I checked, our nation does have freedom of religion, and perhaps a visit is in order. I have a feeling that it is probably a very friendly place, and having visited other mosques and Islamic schools, along with reading materials and the curriculum, I didn't find anything anti-American about them.

This bankrupt fucking country and county needs the dough. Renew ISA's lease or sell 'em the fucking place for 4 or 5 times what it's worth.

Shariah law is anti-American.

I tend to think that the grammar/spelling is awful on purpose. The OP isn't necessarily an ignorant, judgmental ass... just playing one on Fairfax Underground.

And where is Sharia law part of the US Constitution?

Good point. And that seems to be the revolving door here LOL. Islam isn't my cup of tea, since I'd have to give up Christian values, plus the lack of bacon and beer wouldn't be acceptable :)

I agree that the Saudis are evil people spreading an evil distorted version of Islam, but our constitution strictly prohibits our government from making ANY laws that restrict or favor any religion.

Just like the Westboro Baptist freak show, this is a test of how American YOU are. If you believe we should ban them, or make a law to inhibit their speech or ability to operate, then you fail the test of being a true American.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that we shouldn't have law enforcement monitoring of such groups, but any attempt to restrict their ability to operate as a religious group is absolutely anti-American. If you believe otherwise, you are not an American, you are a fascist who only respects those whose views are in line with your own.

I know this is a really old post but the underlying topic is still very relevant. With that being said I would like to address the ignorant respone from
Gordon Blvd. Here is just one bit of evil that ISA has produced...

Among ISA's graduates are the valedictorian, Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, who was convicted in 2003 for joining al-Qaeda and plotting to assassinate then President George W. Bush. It doesn't stop there because you also have former students such as Mohammed Osman Idris and Mohammed el-Yacoubi, who were denied entry to Israel in December, 2001 under suspicion of planning to carry out a suicide bombing; Idris was eventually charged in the U.S. with lying to a federal grand jury investigating terrorism.

I guess Gordon Blvd doesn't regard terrorism or plotting bombings to inflict mass casualties evil huh?

Sincerely,
I'm right and you're wrong

@Stand Up you're absolutley right talk is cheap!

Please be sure you know someone before assuming something about them especially that they aren't a veteran. I proudly served 8 years (MOS 0311), with two tours in Iraq. I joined up right out of high school becaue I DO CARE.
