2). Group AAA Division 5: Stone Bridge (14-0) vs. Lake Taylor (14-0)

Saturday, Dec. 8, 12:07 p.m. at Scotts Stadium, University of VA

3). Group AA Division 4: Briar Woods (14-0) vs. Heritage (Lyn) (12-1)

Saturday, Dec. 8, 4:30 p.m. at Liberty University, Lynchburg

4). Group AA Division 3: Brookville (13-0) vs. The James Monroe (12-1)

LC Bird won 14-10

Yeah, Lake Taylor outplayed us the first three quarters. Credit Lake Taylor for its balance on both sides of the ball. We came close on that last drive but ball security was again the issue like it was early v. Yorktown. You can't turn it over v. good teams and expect to win.

Saw 2 good games today. Was amazed at how fast SB's QB was on that longrun. Either team could have won. Ocean Lakes had trouble scoring vs. O.Smith and couldn't do it today, either. Bird's D was outstanding and its run game was good enough to get it done. Congrats to Coach Bedwell for the schools first title.

Can't wait for next year as Stone Bridge, Briar Woods, Bird, Hampton, N. Stafford,and Hermy all will be in D5!

Apparently Briar Woods won yet another title by beating the crap out of Heritage 52-0
