littering Ticket

I was cleaning out my car today and I didn't know a police offcer was looking at me. but I trew all my trash in the ground and 3 seconds after I drove away, the police man give me a ticket. WTF HOW CAN HE GIVE ME A TICKET FOR Littering?

FUCKING jerkface. Littering is against the law. It's wrong. I thank the cop profoundly for doing a great job.
Pay the fine, shut the fuck up, and do not litter again.
Trash cans and dumbsters all over the place, and you just had to litter.

got stopped by cop the other day, victim of profiling(i'm an old hippie, long grey/white hair and beard dumpy old car) cop had a very distinctive East European accent. Can cops be non-citizens? Maybe he did militry service to qualify as a cop? Thing is being of eastern european heritage ain't it in their genes to take bribes?

I had to laugh when I read this. A old white guy complaining about being profiled. I'm sure you were not stopped for some moving violation you did or maybe an equipment violation on your old "dumpy car". and then it even got better....You want to know if the cop was a citizen because he had a accent. HAHAH...why didn't ask for his green card???? HAHAHA
