Apparently this guy struck for the 10th time last night. I wonder if a reward was offered if This would be solved sooner rather than later. Plenty of people need some cash in that area.

Groping is a gateway crime. Next stop - rape. This guy is probably a day laborer that ain't gettin' enough satisfaction or is acting out to express frustration at his lack of (fill in the blank). I agree with the grammatically challenged Gordon Blvd - the immigrant hispanic community needs to track this bastard down and go gangnam style on his ass or hand him over to the police.
