Isn't Filmdex in a location that disallows housing? I think the no-housing-zone is somewhere very near if not (only churches and businesses, essentially, with grandfathering for existing). It's also probably way contaminated with heavy metals like silver salts, etc, if it was indeed a film processing lab among other duties.

The address may be 15500 Lee Highway, Centreville and the parcel ID may be 064-1-01-00-0006.

Yeah, it's for sale. Not sure about the zoning but rest assure I'm sure another Korean mega church will go there!

didn't FILMDEX move its offices to Chantilly a few years back and was still using the Centreville site for storage
