When to start looting?

I want a new television, ipad, and Xbox. If I wait too long, all the good places will be completely picked over. Too soon, and the police will bust me easily...

Anyone know of any looting already going on?

What are you waiting for? We've been looting since saturday afternoon. Got mostly water, toilet paper and canned goods.
