I'd assume most retail is open now but the proverbial shit hasn't hit the fan yet. By noon, I'd expect a lot of places to be closed until tomorrow.

In Vienna, most places are still open. Same in Mclean.

Went up to Pickett Shopping center to sell some old albums I found in my basement when I was digging out my little 1kW generator, everything in that shopping center was open except for record and tape exchange. Even the gamestop was open.

Pan Am shopping center appeared open as I drove by.

Seeing the outback photo above, I wonder why nobody else has bothered to cover their plate galss windows. The outback GM is smart, better safe than sorry.
