I don't understand why Obama and Liberals think is a bad idea to have a reading test in order to vote? I think its a good way it shows that only the smart people are allow to vote.

A person with an IQ of 50 (or whatever the has-to-be-committed IQ is) who is a citizen is your AND my equal when it comes to voting.

Not to be too blunt but...the problem is...
How stupid is too stupid to cast a vote? 50 I.Q.? 40 I.Q.? Where do you draw the "too stupid" line?
If you're an American citizen who hasn't committed a felony and can get to the polls and understand how the process is done OR you can't get to the polls and understand the absentee process...you can vote in my country and I don't give a shit who you vote for.
