Rolling Stones in Newark, NJ

Tried to obtain tickets to the Rolling Stones for their Dec 15 concert, went to the ticketmaster counter at FairOaks mall at 11:30 and waited when the 12:00 time came went up to the counter and they were not able to access to sell tickets....so what gives. Looked up on line and yes there are tickets being sold starting at $360 up the 4K. If tickemaster sold them they started out at $114 with surcharges...what gives? Any idea why Ticketmaster is sitting on tickets?
