My daughter comes home today with "Amanda Todd" written on her arm. Turns out it's about a Canadian 15-year-old who killed herself after years of bullying that began when she was coaxed to flash her chest over a webcam.

But anyways, like a FCPD officer told another crazy nutcase earlier this year "Gordon Blvd doesnt exist away from the keyboard" so grow up a little and learn to see past the screensaver, k? ;)

She should have deleted her Facebook page immediately after the first incident. Its a lot harder to be cyber-stalked if you're not broadcasting your life online.

If I was her father I would track down whoever was posting those pictures and there would be....consequences.

She definitely made some mistakes but didn't deserve what happened to her. And all those little sociopaths at her old schools need a serious attitude adjustment.

She just trusted the wrong person. The girl was 15, take that into consideration. Since she is dead I will reserve passing judgement on her, you should do the same you jerk.

You are most definitely part of the problem. She was 15, she made some bad judgment calls… should she have been repeatedly humiliated and followed from school to school as she tried to escape her one mistake? As she dropped deeper and deeper into depression she thought she had found a guy who knew about everything and still accepted her and liked her, little did she know this guy would than parade his "girlfriend" to her new school and then humiliate her yet again. she cried for help in many ways many different times and no one relented the name calling that harassment telling her to kill herself and the world would be better off with her dead... shame on you for posting that picture and shame on you for having no heart or sense of compassion for someone who was shunned from every friend she ever knew and every time she tried to start out new and get better it followed her. She most certainly was a victim and you are undoubtedly a judgmental bully.

Yes, the guy that harassed her and tried to make her life hell is fucked up and deserves to be punished to othe fullest extent of the law. Especially since she's underage. It doesn't matter if she flashed him willingly or coerced him into it; he's 30, she's 15. He should have known better.

That aside, it's 2012. Cameras are standard issue with cell phones and computers. Parents need to educate their kids on how to use this technology responsibly. I've also read stories about underage girls getting charged with distributing child pornography for sending naked pictures of themselves. Parents need to make sure their child understands the ramifications of their actions.

And yes, at 15, most kids should be able to understand the concept of "sending naked pictures of myself to strangers is not a good idea."
