Is Campbell and Ferrara Nursery going out of business?

happened to be in that area recently and thought I'd stop and buy some flower bulbs. Place looked very bare in terms of garden supplies and plants. Seemed to only one employee working the whole place and after 15 minutes waiting I left. I know business slows in winter but not even any trees despite this being a good time of year to plant a tree.

Let me guess some effing developer bought the place?

There have been several notices regarding the permits being granted in the "What's Going Where" section in the Thursday neighborhood issue of the Washington Post regarding the development of this land. VDOT recently put up a traffic light at the intersection just east of C&F. Just what we need more traffic.
