Angelika Movie theatre bads news for Cinema Arts?

Seems like the fancy new Angelika Theatres will show a lot of the indie films that Cinama Arts at Fair City Mall has shown throughout the years(although in recent years Cinema Arts has cut back on the indie's and gone more with the mainstream stuff)

Can Cinema Arts survive? Won't most movie distrubutors want the indie films to go to the new Angelika than the tired rundown Cinema Arts?
