Falls Church City Police Go Hogwild!!!

I wuz cruisin down WBroad yesterday afternoon (10/4) when approx 8 or 9 FCCPD cars came out of nowhere.They focused their anger on the shopping center underneath the W,od Trail.Anyone know what was up?
