Good morning!
I'm just wondering if GMU staff/student organizers have also invited Governor Romney to visit the GMU campus? As a conservative and the mother of a registered Republican who is attending GMU, I'm irritated by the idea that my child's tuition fees may be bolstering blantantly liberal ideals.

Obama wasn't invited, his campaign requested and paid for the venue. Pretty certain Mason would need to offer similar arrangements to Romney's campaign if they wished to do the same thing.

If your offspring is a "registered Republican", then he/she must be an out-of-state student. We don't register by party in the Commonwealth.
BTW, people go to Mason because it is close and cheap. No one in their right mind would attend GMU from out-of-state (the basketball thing was a fluke, it ain't ever happening again).
