Fairfax County General :
Fairfax Underground
Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
Prayers to the family and friends. This is horribly tragic. The boy was only 17 and this just should not have happened regardless of what the investigation turns up.
Per my original post - I would hope that the police are now going through the Lamb Center with a fine tooth comb and the surveillance video at every business in that general area.
I'm betting it went down like this. Two of Lamb Center's best and brightest are involved. They get the kid to drive them to the park under the auspices of doing a deal or something. They jump the kid, rob him, murder him, and try to cover up the body.
They split and go to one of the local businesses to buy some food, cigarettes, Malt liquor, and try to calm down. They get drunk/high and get to talking and they get paranoid.
I'd bet they went to the 7-11 near Fairfax Circle and are on the surveillance video within an hour after the estimated time of death.
Bet they spent the night in or around the Lamb Center and got the heck out of dodge.
I bet they are also on surveillance video around Pickett Shopping Center and/or Fair City Mall.
BTW: All you trolls are complete idiots. You should at least send condolences or respects to the family in the form of a message here.
Or....or....stop the reactionary liberal blah blah and note the number of boys at Woodson High School having to protect themselves and their families, attempting suicide, or actually succeeding in their attempts and killing themselves. Either way he was at Woodson High School when that day started... think on that.

Other threads now imply he offed himself. So my theories are bunk. My bad. From the heart while praying for a better outcome.
Still a huge, life changing tragedy, and a huge hole in the lives of those affected. My prayers go out to the family and friends affected. They face a long distraught period of why's, what could I have done, should I have done, what if's, and life firsts without him - followed by waves and waves of crippling grief.
God bless the family with strength and support throughout the grieving process.
Struck me as obvious that the poor kid would be within striking distance of the car and sadly it took a week to find him within striking distance of the car. Seemed like a no brainer.
Lord forgive me for speaking my mind, assuming the worst, and deflecting blame without all the facts. I am an idiot.
