MATH CLASS HELP

Hi , I'm an NVCC Annandale student and I'm extremely confused about which math

teacher is "the best." I'm not extremely good or bad at math, and I actually want to learn. I'm looking for a teacher that generally cares about the subject they are teaching, and who isn't too strict or too casual in their grading policies. If anyone has ever gone to Annandale could you give me some guidance ??
