Noise Pollution at Seoul Plaza

there is an extremely loud lamp post at seoul plaza...the place is surrounded by apartments...its almost as if that loud noise is being made on purpose....

you assholes need to do something about this...if someone living close to there actually wants to open their windows they gotta hear this loud buzzing all night?

who owns seoul plaza?

We live in a world that promotes different types of pollution. It seems to me that noise pollution is the result of other types of pollution. Rapid urbanization has provoked different types of pollution on our planet. eye don't need a device to measure how loud it is...

that thing is LOUD

eye called the Parliaments....the lady who answered the phone didn't ceem to be interested at all...sent them about 3 or 4 messages...nothing

nobody really ceems to be interested
