92.9 The EWTN Catholic Radio

Anyone notice somebody is illegaly broadcasting EWTN the Catholic radio station on 92.9 FM. It can be heard all over Annandale - all down LRT and Gallows Road at the beltway.

Does anyone know where the signal is coming from and why they are doing it?
