Old Annandale Fuddruckers

Does anyone know what will occupy the old Fuddruckers site in Annandale?
Please. Not a certain ethnic bar b que/barber college ($4.99 haircuts and you get a free hat)/gas station etc.
Maybe the Three Chefs ?

If I were a betting man, I wouldn't bet on a 'full circle' play like Three Chefs.
I don't remember where I heard this, but I'm fairly certain it's going to be a Rite-Aid or Walgreen's... because that's what we need--more pharmacies.

I think they will change the name a bit from Walgreens to Walkoreans.
