vienna zoning violations

Does anyone else notice that most of the huge new houses being built in Vienna seem to be too big for their lot? Lot coverage is limited to 25% under zoning regulations in Vienna. Doesn't seem like anyone at zoning department is bothering to enforce regulations.

Bless your heart, Vienna has turned into Potterville...developers can do anything they want...all those old rules are out the window!

And...all this construction in Vienna has destroyed the residential roads...no problem, the developers will throw down some Home Depot Cold Patch before they leave...

Sounds like somebody's house is looking like some antiquated 1950's shack in comparison to new construction going up in the neighborhood. Maybe your shock absorbers need replacement as well.

I like my little house in Vienna. I live in walking distance from my sales job at the mattress store.
