Illegal sand dumping in Vienna

I've being seeing piles of sand piled in odd places around Vienna,on the grass next to the street. I haven't caught them in the act yet, but I think it's those contractors building all the oversize houses that are going up in Vienna. Illegal dumping is illegal and unsightly. Do they think we are stupid?? This has to stop and I'm calling the town hall tomorrow to complain.

Citizen, do not complain or spread false rumors. We welcome the developers who are turning Vienna into one of the premier small towns in the DC Metro area, and they're heroically doing it one house at a time. There are some die-hards or dead-enders who object, but they will be swept away by history.

Developers are doing it for the money and nothing else. They are transforming vienna into one large continuous construction site rapidly bulldozing character of town and replacing with look alike cookie cutter tract housing.

You uncivilized Saxons do not understand that when we Saudis behead a woman who has been raped, thus offending Allah, that the sand absorbs the blood, so we insist on sand piles at random places where we choose to live...
