Diabetes Management Program

Fairfax County is offering a free Diabetes Management Program on Wednesdays, September 4-October 9, 10 a.m.-noon at the Bruen Chapel United Methodist Church, 3035 Cedar Lane, Fairfax. Register by August 30. Call 703-281-0538, TTY 711. Topics include managing pain and emotions, using medication properly, communicating with health care providers, adopting exercise and nutrition goals and making informed medical decisions.
