In Vienna, the #2 combo is 8.99. But a short drive to the one on Lee Hwy, it's only 7.99. They are ripping us off in Vienna.

Could be the bullshit Vienna meals tax. Popeyes probably just rounded the price up. Of course, that tax is added AFTER you make the purchase, so it might indeed be a ripoff...
