Police on Ox/Braddock today around 12pm?

Does anyone know why there were a bunch of police on ox/braddock? It was around 12pm-1pm and lasted for about 10min. It seemed like they were escorting cars, but they had their sirens on and were driving pretty quickly so it didn't really look like a funeral procession. Some people had orange signs on the front of their car but I didn't see what they said.

It was a funeral for a U.S Park Police officer
