I live in Fairfax City for 20 years and I never knew we had a ghetto like that until 2 summers ago when I happened upon it. What is wrong with it? No zoning codes, no community association or enforcement, It could be a nice(r) neighborhood but drive there on a hot Saturday afternoon and see what Fairfax City is dealing with.

I bought a home in Ardmore a couple years ago. I was able to buy a place in Fairfax City that has 3 bedrooms and a quarter acre under $190,000. I can also walk or ride my bike to work. I love it here. If you do not like our neighbor, do not come through it..

All neighborhoods have crap in them and everyone knows it. by the way ghetto is different to everyone
