What does ever1 think of the comming redevelopment if PVI/American Legion & FFX "surf" shop?

Anyone know what they are putting in place of the surf shop? I think I read a restaurant but anyone know which one? It’s a fun location next to the park but that parking lot is not convenient to get in or out. Hopefully people trying to pull in there don’t mess up traffic.
