Anyone know what concert is going on down at GMU area (18 Apr)?

Since eagle bank or wherever apparently has all its doors and windows open and the wind is carrying the goddamn noise bullshit up the hill into our neighborhoods, would be nice to know who the assholes are who ate playing down there.
Anyone know?
Not hating, but if I have to suffer this bullshit at least it's easier knowing who the fuck it is.
