Oakton Starbucks temporarily shut down for construction...but is it permanent?

This is a little out of the Fairfax City boundaries, but there is no separate forum for Oakton. Does anybody know why the Starbucks on the corner of 123 and Hunter Mill Rd.in Oakton,in the Giant/CVS shopping center, closed down for construction, how long it will be closed, and if it will ever be opened up again or sold to another firm? I tried to get some answers from Starbucks Customer Service, but they are as much in the dark as everyone else. Companies should not do this without providing their customers some answers.
