Old town green turtle, panera, mcdonalds

Green turtle, Panera, McDonald's....... All gone, out of business, done. How many businesses have to close, fail, or leave the downtown area before the city makes some real decisions to improve the quality of life in that area. This is getting ridiculous wouldn't you agree?
Dear city or Fairfax. We have a real mess down there. People are losing jobs.
Businesses are failing. What are you doing to fix things? My guess is nothing.
Rock the block is a joke. The new park downtown is a five million dollar waste of money. How will you revitalize this area? And will this be done in anybody's lifetime or will it take 50 years. We need change NOW!

It is really disappointing. Shops are closing right and left, moving out of Fairfax City and they do nothing about it. Developers have complete control. Combined Properties can do whatever they like.

That area is not conducive to parking or foot traffic. I wouldn't be surprised if Auld Shebeen closes down next, I hardly ever see people outside there at night.

When the new Northfax Giant opens you may as well kiss Willard Way goodbye too.
May as well go ahead and move the liquor store there too.

Willard Way shopping center is already shutting done store after store. Looking to make an exit from FFX City in about 3 years. Let them build i say. Raise my property value. After 3 years i would have had my house for 10 years. Works for me. Laughing all the way to the bank!!!
