Dangerous dog being walked along University Blvd in the morning

Be mindful when walking along university blvd around 6-7AM in the morning as the folks from the local animal rescue are walking this short gray pitbull-ish looking dog that snarls and bites at you for walking past it.

Surprised they don't put a muzzle on it.
