Located on Main St (RT 236) and OAK St

Completely empty and a construction fence around the complex.

Getting ready to demo???

The only thing I can find is that a "Site Permit" has been issued.

Condos? That's better than the 2000 apartments I keep hearing that are going up along fairfax boulevard.
