looks like this will turn out to be a misunderstanding and a big mistake. Bubbas is high volume and handles a lot of customs and restorations and it is not uncommon that one or two cars will slip through the cracks.

Misunderstanding??? "not uncommon that one or two cars will slip through the cracks"??? How does that make sense? What is supposed to be a reputable shop takes a 67 GTO PLUS $50 GRAND & loses it and it's a misunderstanding?? Gaurantee they know exactly where the $50Gs are. Maybe the car was there so long they forgot they didn't own if & sold it by mistake.

The last thing the gto owner would want would be having work done on her car by bubbas. It's not like she likes them or trusts them...I think they need come up with 100k for her costs plus all the aggravation.
