Chops sucks. Don't understand the bare ass walls with tv's wrapped around the dining area. I would understand it in the bar side. Not the sit down dinner side. Too much $$$. A la Carte side dishes when you're already spending $30 for a steak???? The food is good. The environment not so much.

Chops food is ok but a little pricey. Better atmosphere is needed, and maybe this will improve with time as they just opened.

Was there 3 weeks ago. Steak was out this world as was the appetizers. Ate at the bar, where service was friendly and top rate, and the taps were excellent variety. Expensive, a bit yeah, but you come out satisfied.

As far as the minimalist interior it looks like its aiming for a euro thing, but its not horrible. Im paying for food and drink, not ambience.
