Thank God Lowes is coming to Fairfax City. Finally a Hardware store that is orginized and employeed with people who know what they're talking about.

Not to complain, but it is a little smaller than the other Lowes. I still prefer it to the others, but since opening they are getting their inventory straightened out so they carry more of what people are asking for. I hope they do well.

The store is a big disappointment - small store , limited selection. Back to that traffic hell hole in Chsntilly or Home Depot.

Went there for the first time Friday and they had everything I needed. The clerks all spoke English and knew what they were talking about. Refreshing!

THE absolute worst customer service at THIS lowes than any other of their stores I've been in!!!!!! Will not go back!!!
