Fairfax City personal property tax

I am a new FFX City resident previously living outside of the city. I have paid all of my car taxes up to date but just recently in the mail received a bill from the city for auto tax. Do residents of Fairfax City have to pay a county auto PPtax as well as a city pptax for their car?

As Ffx City resident, I only pay City auto property tax, not county.
