Daniel's Run Park

Does anyone know what year the Park was founded and who donated it and built it?

I'm curious about the developer who built some of the neighborhoods near the park (Ted Grefe and family). Trying to find out who sold the Grefes the land, and if the Grefes gave the park to the City.

Sherm Jefferson deeded the land too the county a long time ago.

Thanks! I know it was part of the Wilcoxon family's land later, and then Napoleon Watkins, who married their daughter Virginia.... wondering what happened after that, about 1870 - 1950
