Cho's Garden AND Cee's Thai Closed - WHY?

Does anyone know what happened to these two restaurants that are basically across the street from each other and now both are closed? Just curious and cannot seem to find anything online to indicate why both are shut down. Cee's has a For Lease sign on their former sign.
