did they already close down the new Operation in Jupiter? The Notorious Fairfax shop was relocated and now run by the daughter. Do they have any customers left here in Fairfax?

I did see Tom and Bubba on the Velocity Channel last season with Ted Vernon of South Beach Classics. They fully built a RestoMod TBird from the ground up that just stole the show! What a Beautiful car they built for NYY Baseball Icon and World Series MVP the Legendary Bucky Dent!
That you cannot refute or in someway give this awesome accomplishment by Father and Son team Tom and Bubba a negative spin. They are truly Giants in the company of Giants and Legends and are without a doubt one of the best father and son teams in the Auto Craftsmanship Industry.
They truly are Rock Stars in the Classic, Vintage, Custom, and Exotic car, Truck and Motorcycle Industry but now operating out of Sunny paradise Jupiter Florida in their State of the Art Facility, VIP lounge, and Production Studio!
All that being said, here in Fairfax the Haters are still gonna hate regardless of what they do!
Keep on keeping on Tom and Bubba Lloyd! We miss you both back here in Fairfax!

BTW, what shape is ole Bucky's car in now?? I certainly haven't seen any pictures of him with it. I heard (from those close to "my friend" Ted ;) ) that the car was basically just a shell and nothing more than paint and an interior..... I.E. not in driving and cruising shape... so I can imagine it went straight back to your shop afterwards, and then I can imagine that there is sits waiting for the Midas touch of young Bubba

Interesting although the word that came back to me up here in Fairfax from that particular TBird Build for South Beach Classics was that Ted is extremely afflicted with the Hard stuff and was anything but sober whenever the Velocity cameras were rolling during the show. From what I could tell, having to deal with his controlling wife is why he stays "In the grip of Liquor" so to say. Just a matter of time until he blows a gasket while on the air and his days are numbered with the Velocity Channel. You heard it here first!

I know these guys well and would say that Tom is one of the best on the planet at what he does promoting and building long lasting personal and business partnerships and relationships. He has established and built up several Vintage, exotic, and muscle car, truck, and bike repair and restoration businesses and obviously raised and mentored a very warm, talented and Industry acclaimed son, the Master Bubba who is one of the Top technicians in this field.
And one thing is certain that whatever criticism that seems to come their way is rightfully ignored and rolls right off their backs. These two guy are simply the Real Deal! Great at what they do and great friends!

I saw tom once at the WalMart in Burke. He was a very small guy, 168lbs. If he is on 'roids they are having zero results. Tom had on a white t-shirt, tapered jeans, and bulky white shoes. Looked like he was on his way to a Def Lepard concert in 1988.

I did business with Tom and Bubba several years ago and they are both pretty short guys. I was shocked when they came around the corner like those Little People on cable at 5 feet 6 inches at best! As an update, I am hearing a lot of negative reviews from the folks down in Jupiter Florida who have now learned the the Bubbas Style that got Tom and Bubba into so much trouble here in Fairfax has followed them down to South Florida and has affected their business in a very negative fashion.
Any folks want to share their experience with Tom and Bubba there in Florida other than the Brown noses that take up space there in Tom's VIP Lounge talking Glory Days and eating ppocorn?

I met a guy at Bubba's once. He worked there. He was selling a classic that needed like 3 hours of work to be road worthy. Assuming dude was a car guy and since he worked at a hot rod shop I asked him to complete the work and I would tack on $300 ($100 per hr) to get the car up and running. He refused and ended up selling the thing for $1,200 less 3 months later. The guys I met there always seemed to talk the talk but never saw anyone walk the walk, maybe that is what Bubba Style means???

Bottom line Bubba and Tom are still in a thriving Business down here in Lovely paradise Jupiter Florida. The facility is State of the Art! Visit their website as they are insanely busy working on many many sik projects vintage and super cars and exotics for a better class of clientele including several celebrities and sports legends. In addition, they have been actively involved with the Velocity Channel joining Ted Vernon's South Beach Classics. All of this should speak for itself!
