was driving on 267W around 845pm, near the 657 exit (possibly one exit before). There was a massive yellow piece of debris (construction-related?) in the left lane. Came up suddenly and spanned the whole lane, no time to avoid. Flattened both of my drivers side tires. I saw many cars on the side of the road with flashers, presumably with the same issue (including a couple people changine tires). Tow truck driver says he is late because there is a major accident on the route to me (again possibly related to the debris). Anyone have any info on what happened, or how to make a claim against the county/relevant governmental agency in charge of the road?
