Does anyone know why the (FFX County??) chopper was circling the VA Run community near VA Run Elementary tonight (late Mon night/Tues morning around 1230am for about a hour)? It seemed to be right over our house the whole time, shining their search light down on the houses...near Cub Run (between Pleasant Valley Rd and Cub Run). Seemed like they were obviously searching for someone/thing, but never saw any squad cars.

Yet again...chopper circling...why is it always so darn late at night when people are trying to sleep, and why don't we ever know why?????

Thanks, Walker...didn't know if that would be "appropriate" or not to call. Rumor has it that the first go round was due to a report of teenagers breaking into cars, no clue on the 2nd. Makes you nervous though-like thinking a fugitive is on the run or something. Would be nice if they let the public know-even if it was after the fact.
