On February 27, 1998, 17-year-old David C. Albrecht was shot to death in his car outside Marshall High School in Falls Church by Michael Chuop, a member of the Tiny Rascal Gangsters.
Chuop fired several shots from a high-powered rifle at close range into Albrecht's car, which was parked outside the school, striking Albrecht in the head.
Chuop's intended victim was Albrecht's passenger, who ducked and escaped injury.
