I am a 58 year old female living in Fairfax City with extensive swimming experience. I love kids and enjoy teaching. I usually swim at least three times a week and do about l.2 miles each day varying my strokes from freestyle, breast, side, back and also kickboarding. As a teen I was a competitive swimmer and diver. I have no references with being a swim instructor (except for my own sons who are now grown men).
