What was the motorcade headed on Braddock Rd around 9:30am? Police Motorcycles were escorting 3 charter buses headed in the direction of George Mason U.

I saw it but I have no idea who or what it was. Not including the cops clearing the route their were 24 motorcycle cops in front and dozens of secret service looking suv's trailing it, all with their lights on. Maybe they were headed to Mason's graduation???
