I think Meade does it. But I would smell the chocolate before I took a bite.

I googled this before posting and I did not see anything come up regarding custom made chocolate in this area-Northern VA. Just say you are not aware of a local shop that offers the service.

I got these results from googling as well but I am looking for custom made molds, not various molds to choose from.
