Samsung lost lawsuit to Apple and several of its products could be forced off the market.....

This is not good for anyone. First Samsung makes 25% of the components to Apple, good luck finding a replacement for a measly billion. This opens the door for Apple to litigate everyone stymying competition and inovation. Brilliant Apple, they just set tech back 10 years.

Which is why google bought motorola, to retaliate against Apple for it's transgressions against Samsung (and indirectly Android)

If google wins their case on the patent "uses wireless signals to transmit data" lol

Android is already looking to hold 70% of the market share for smart phones, and windows phones are increasing in numbers as well. The market is looking dim for Apple and they know it. Look at them fighting like a rabid animal backed into a corner.

Motorola Mobility [owned by Google] today filed a new patent-infringement suit against Apple and seeks to block imports of many foreign-made products such as the iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, and some Macs.

Apple patented the square (phone). The patent system is just plain broken. Why bother inventing anything anymore? Someone will just come along and say that they invented it 6 years later (like Apple's patent on facial recognition unlocking) Why doesn't Samsung just stop selling apple parts? That's what I'd do if they tried to block my products from sale.
