"Most Open Administration" Finally Makes Rare Publik Statement

Four years ago B.Hussein.Obama promised Americans that should he be elekted, his administration would be the most open in history. Many examples of this brokken promise can be found, such as here http://press.org/news-multimedia/news/obama-administration-not-delivering-its-promise-open-government-journalists-say .
Now even CNN (CkommunistNewsNetworkk) tells us how little this administration speaks to The People. Of course the topik is their justifikation of drone strikes, killing people without due process or trial. How does "transparent administration" jive with rare public statements?
